Yes, we offer Meet & Play gift cards. The gift card can be used to pay (part of) the Meet & Play payment for a booking. It consists of a card number and PIN code. During the payment process, the booker can enter the card number and PIN code, after which the amount of the gift card will be deducted. The gift card can be used with every purchase via meetandplay.nl or the app and is not tied to TPC Gaasperpark, but can be used with all other providers.

No, we do not currently rent out equipment. We will only do this when our clubhouse is 100% operational. This is expected to be mid-August.

You can cancel a booking via the app and on meetandplay.nl (provided within the period stated in the conditions). A booker can cancel a booking by logging in to meetandplay.nl or in the Meet & Play app. Then you will see the option: view bookings. You can cancel the booking here. You can cancel the booking up to 48 hours in advance.

If you cancel the booking within the conditions, the amount of the booking will be refunded. The platform contribution of 1% will not be refunded. If a job costs €25, then you pay €25.25 as players. If you cancel the booking, you will receive a €25 refund. The €0.25 is a fee for the use of Meet & Play.

Meet & Play is intended to attract unaffiliated athletes, non-members, to the association. If someone rents a court more often, an annual membership will soon be more interesting. Courts are also often only rented during the day so that their own members can play in the evenings and the range of courses can be set in such a way that members always have first choice when deciding. If someone cancels their membership, this person will be very limited in their options to play tennis. In addition, club life has added value and benefits for many players, such as playing competitions, tournaments, internal club activities and playing when you want.
