Reserve a tennis court

-For members, reserving a tennis court is part of membership. Members can book courses via the Club App or the site. Members can specify a maximum of 2 guests when making a reservation via the Club App.

-For non-members, renting our new tennis courts is possible during off-peak hours via www.meetandplay.nl or via the KNLTB Meet & Play app.

  • What are your opening hours?

    Our park is open from Monday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

  • I am not yet a member of TPC Gaasperpark. Can I reserve a tennis court?

    -Yes, non-members can reserve a tennis court at TPC Gaasperpark.

  • I am already a padel member at TPC Gaasperpark. Can I also reserve a tennis court?

    Yes, padel members will have the opportunity to use a tennis court 5 times for free this season via the KNLTB Club App.

  • I am already a tennis member at TPC Gaasperpark. Can I also bring guests?

    Yes, tennis members are allowed to bring guests along to play tennis. How you reserve a court with guests depends on the number of guests. Are you bringing 1 or 2 guests? Then you reserve the court as you are used to via the KNLTB Club App. When registering the guest in the KNLTB Club App, you will be redirected to the iDeal payment link to pay the costs of € 7.00 per guest per playing hour.

  • Can I also give a job reservation as a gift?

    Yes, we offer Meet & Play gift cards. The gift card can be used to pay (part of) the Meet & Play payment for a booking. It consists of a card number and PIN code. During the payment process, the booker can enter the card number and PIN code, after which the amount of the gift card will be deducted. The gift card can be used with every purchase via meetandplay.nl or the app and is not tied to TPC Gaasperpark, but can be used with all other providers.

  • Can I also rent rackets and tennis balls?

    No, we do not currently rent out equipment. We will only do this when our clubhouse is 100% operational. This is expected to be mid-August.

  • How can I change/cancel my reservation?

    You can cancel a booking via the app and on meetandplay.nl (provided within the period stated in the conditions). A booker can cancel a booking by logging in to meetandplay.nl or in the Meet & Play app. Then you will see the option: view bookings. You can cancel the booking here. You can cancel the booking up to 48 hours in advance.

  • Will I get my money back if my reservation is canceled?

    If you cancel the booking within the conditions, the amount of the booking will be refunded. The platform contribution of 1% will not be refunded. If a job costs €25, then you pay €25.25 as players. If you cancel the booking, you will receive a €25 refund. The €0.25 is a fee for the use of Meet & Play.

  • I am having problems logging in, who can help me?

    You can contact us by email: support@meetandplay.nl or call 085-0003849. You will then receive KNLTB.Club on the telephone, which will provide support for Meet & Play.

  • Why does TPC Gaasperpark rent individual courts?

    Meet & Play is intended to attract unaffiliated athletes, non-members, to the association. If someone rents a court more often, an annual membership will soon be more interesting. Courts are also often only rented during the day so that their own members can play in the evenings and the range of courses can be set in such a way that members always have first choice when deciding. If someone cancels their membership, this person will be very limited in their options to play tennis. In addition, club life has added value and benefits for many players, such as playing competitions, tournaments, internal club activities and playing when you want.
